Weekdays 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Melbourne clock (AEST/AEDT), and Saturday mornings until midday whenever a metro race meeting is on. Victorian public holidays we're off. For gambling-harm support outside those hours, Gambling Help Online never closes.
